Fees for our services will be provided to you before you commit to working with us. Payments are due according to the schedule agreed upon at signup. Failure to pay on time may result in a pause or suspension of services until the account is brought current.
5Cancellation
We don't lock clients into long-term contracts. You may cancel your services at any time by notifying us directly. Cancellation will take effect according to the terms discussed at signup, and any fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our services rely in part on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, to deliver features such as forms, booking, and automated communication. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these third-party platforms that are outside of our control.
7Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, and materials created by PrimeScale Digital remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment for a completed project, clients are granted the rights necessary to use the deliverables created specifically for their business.
8No Guarantee of Results
While we build systems designed to help capture more leads and booked jobs, we cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, responsiveness, and how the system is used day to day.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeScale Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including lost revenue or missed business opportunities.
